Here are some pics of Carson playing in front of his house. Included is his favorite toy - the police car. He would sit in it for hours if you let him! We will miss him (and Jason and Keri!) dearly when he moves to California :(

July Camping Trip

We didn't know at the time but this turned out to be our last camping trip of the season - bummer!  We went up to Twin Lakes (outside of Leadville) with Brady and Dana.  The weather was great, and we enjoyed some classic sloppy joes around the fire on our second night.  Dana was a trooper being pregnant with twins and sleeping on the tent floor!

Happy 4th of July!

Okay my plan to keep our blog up-to-date has not really happened, but I figure summer vacation is the perfect time to catch up.  Here are a bunch of random photos from the last few months.  Included are pictures from our spring break trip to Arizona with the Hone clan, a cold April camping trip, and random photos of our favorite nieces and nephews (oh and Joey too!).  Hopefully I will be better about updating from now on!  Hope all is well!

Mexico!

Kristin and I just got back from Playa Del Carmen Mexico the other night and had an absolute blast with my parents, Chris, Meghan and all the girls as well as their babysitter Michelle. Here are a few pics from the trip to get started with. I'll probably post some more here of the family, as well as some others from the streets in Playa Del Carmen on my photo blog (thecadenceofourworld.com).
While it was quite the adventure traveling with all three girls, it actually wasn't nearly as disastrous as it could have been and all three behaved pretty well on the flights.
Anyway, since I'm tired and just want to get some pics up, here they are. We'll post some more tomorrow...

We have a blog!

Okay here I go jumping into the world of blogs! Trev just set up a blog so people can see what he does on the road (www.thecadenceofourworld.com), and I thought it would be fun to have one for the two of us. Trev is in Arizona with Jamie for a Qwest shoot until late tonight, so Joey and I are just hanging out while I grade my midterm exams. We are headed to Mexico a week from tomorrow with the Brown clan for some serious relaxtion - we can't wait! Hope all is well with everyone. Merry Christmas! K
